The SPOA is the homeowners association that manages the 191 member properties within the Sanderling Community located between the northern end of Station Bay Drive and the intersection of Blue Heron Lane and Pelican Way. The SPOA manages all homes and lots from the Atlantic Ocean to the Currituck Sound within these street boundaries. The SPOA membership also owns and manages the Sanderling Racquet and Swim Club (“SRSC”) located at 1578 Duck Road, and all Members in good standing in SPOA are Members of SRSC.

We welcome guests to our magnificent section of the Northern Outer Banks. We are a family oriented community that strives to preserve our environment that abounds in natural beauty and wildlife. We only ask that our guests embrace the same respect for our environment that SPOA members exhibit.
